Due to instructor absence the following classes are cancelled for these dates only.  If a subsitute teacher is available, the class will be returned to the online schedule.

Gentle Hatha Yoga on March 11 and 17 at 12 noon
Yoga for Sore Joints on March 24 at 5:30 pm
 Guided Self Massage Techniques on March 25 at 7:00 pm
