ATTENTION: Employees of MaineHealth (including Maine Medical Center and Spring Harbor Hospital) and Martins Point Healthcare!  Your insurance benefits have changed for 2012.

MaineHealth Employees: In most cases, you should still have a $200 annual allowance per member and 10% coinsurance due at time of appointment. However you will now have a $300 deductible that you need to pay out-of-pocket BEFORE Anthem will cover any massage therapy treatments.  

Martins Point Healthcare Employees: Your insurance carrier has changed to MaineSense so you need to resubmit your insurance information to us as detailed below.  If you chose the Core250 coverage plan, you should still have a $300 annual allowance per member (combined with acupuncture) and a $15 copay due at time of appointment.  If you chose the HSA2500 plan, massage therapy is no longer a covered benefit. 

If you would like to use your health insurance to pay for massage therapy, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, so we have time to verify your coverage benefits.
