Please understand that forgetting or canceling your appointment without reasonable notice means that other clients miss the opportunity to fill the time that was reserved for you.  Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged for the session.  Late arrivals will also be charged for the full amount for the service booked and will receive as much of the massage as time allows.
