Therapeutic Swedish Massage allows you to leave behind the stress of life and to be at peace.  Light airy strokes to deep soothing pressure will be used according to your preference.  A combination of gentle relaxation techniques, passive and active stretching, energy balancing, and deep breathing will allow you to unwind and create a truly relaxing experience.  This style can be utilized in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions for $40, $75, or $100 respectively.  

What to Expect: Your first session will include discussion and paperwork to determine your reasons for seeking massage therapy, your current and past medical history, and the goals you want to achieve through your treatments.

For the table massage, you will be asked to remove clothing to your level of comfort.  Undressing always takes place in private and you will be covered by a sheet and/or blanket at all times.  Only the part of the body that is currently receiving treatment will be undraped to ensure that your modesty is always respected.  You will also have a choice of music, lotion/oil, and temperature to ensure the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for you.
